The truck was below a quarter of a tank when I started it. The cab wasn't very clean and smelled like dog.

Charlene CDo not appreciate the false advertising on price. $20 for a “rental rate” and $20 for a “rental charge” when the side of the truck just says $20 is a scam. I’ll go to Home Depot in the future. The location and the truck itself were fine. What I paid vs what’s advertised was not.

KATE MThe Uhaul itself seemed beat up. It was clean but it ran very rough and shifted hard. Shifting into 2nd it jolts, and also for 3rd gear. The Uhaul was the perfect size for what I needed and it drove generally well, definitely needs some attention in the suspension department and it seems like it needs new mounts for the motor and transmission.
