Felt like I was an inconvenience for coming in the pick up and felt the same way dropping it off. I felt like anything I did was wrong. Even with parking the van. It was a dirt lot with no markings but my parking was still wrong and the worker corrected it by an inch.

Sab GI was scheduled to get a uhaul from sandy bottom location who have wonderful customer service. The day before pick up i was changed industrial drive location for pick up. I let them know that i absolutely needed the the uhaul for 8am to get to my event in time. We got there and the gate was locked. Staff did not arrive until 830. Other patrons were waiting in line and stated this happens all the time. As a result I was late for my event and could not get in at my designated time. Causing a lot of issues for my business and staff. The women at the counter said she was late because she can barely drive due to 2 injured shoulders. Maybe she needs some time off? Or someone to help her.
