Don't charge for gas when we re-fueled it for return already and rip people off!!!!! Have employees present at drop off location during business hours when staff should be there! Unacceptable!

Sometimes, I go out of my way to pick up the truck at this location. It’s because of the friendly service! It is a little extra in mile charge. Well worth it!

I was told that I had to pay a $160 deposit in which I’ve never had to put a deposit. Needed the truck so I agreed. Paid $100 deposit and was charged 2 different amounts. The guy was rude upon checking in and a different guy was even ruder upon dropping off.

Return trucks should be placed in one area and reserved trucks should be placed in another one. It took me 15 minutes of literally back-and-forth back-and-forth reverse drive reverse drive reverse drive in order for me to get out of the tight spot that I was in with fear that I would go to my right too much and go over the little dip. I was blocked from the front from the back and from the left side and then the right side again was like a little drain and so yeah, wasn’t very good.

When returning the truck, the salesman immediately said, "You didn't put gas!" and attempted to charge us a fee. Luckily, my fiance had pictures as proof that we actually put more gas than what we started with. This was a horrible attempt to charge us an extra fee, and if this is Uhaul's policy to immediately assume without verifying, I will no longer be using Uhaul and advising others to do the same.

Was never shown how to work anything or where things were located(first time driving a U-Haul) the low tire pressure icon was on. Once I started driving, the dash told me I needed to put air in front left tire. Put air in tire to the maximum as stated on the side of door, and icon never went away.

My U-Haul door leaked the first 3 ft into my U-Haul everything was wet.

This location charged my credit card 5 times. This location is scamming people by charging multiple times hoping no one would notice. My receipt says one price but they charge me for more, for a same day 4 hour rental.

I was charged additional fees on insurance without being told. I was told an extra $40.00 would be needed for the extra day requested. But was charged $71.00. Will not be using again, ever!!!

My pick up location was changed to this tiny auto repair shop at the last minute. There are large u-haul centers much closer than this location to me. I don’t really understand why I had to travel several extra miles to this tiny shop. I was supposed to given a discount on price and added mileage for the inconvenience, but I’m still not sure those offers were properly applied. All of the paperwork I saw did not reflect it.
