I rented a 20' truck & hand truck. After I went home, I realized I didn't have the item in the truck. I called office to no avail. I had to go back to the office and asked him for the missing item. It was THEN when employee told me he didn't have a hand truck BUT that I was not charged. I asked why he didn't informed me BEFORE I left the office and that he should've told me and he just shrugged his shoulders like "oh well". I wasted miles going back and forth to the office and had to rent a hand truck at Home Depot THANKS to this "don't care attitude" employee. Shame.

ALEM GI think I was over charged l. This is my second time using this particular location this is a partner not the actual u-haul that old man over charge me
Achra MHi, my concern with this U-Haul place that I used is that you don't get any free mileage, and if you're missing an increment of gas out of that tank, you automatically get charged $12. I don't understand that. If someone in the company can explain that to me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
