Why every time I returned the truck back early and you guy stills charged extra money on my card. It is so ridiculous amount that you guy charged extra on the customers. It is scamming on the system. I requested all the money needs to be refund back to my card as soon as possible.
LE TThey are scammers. I paid for a certain amount of miles and they said I went 30 over (which I know I didn’t) then before I dropped off I filled with gas but they sent me a receipt for having to put gas when they didn’t even have gas in it when I picked it up. They will scam you and lie to you!!!! Don’t ever use this place.
Jennifer LThe drop off service was kind and prompt. But the form stated the truck fork was full upon pickup. Which I immediately told the clerk was incorrect, to which she stated would be correct when she uploaded to the system and to return as found. Upon return, I was charged a fuel up fee even though it was exactly as found. And the drop off clerk now states is on me to call all sorts of numbers to get my money back. For something that should have been promptly addressed when notified.

SHIRLEY PBoth trucks that I’ve gotten have been in rough shape. The first one, had a side mirror that would fall down as you sped up, and no AC. The second one I just dropped off was a bit more scary due to it shutting off on you when you brake to a stop. It would shut off while still going at speed, making it pretty dangerous if you needed to suddenly make a turn without cruise control.
Luis PI would recommend if you’re close to it however speak straight with the manager as the employee at the time was no help and seems to have customer service issues.
Isaias SDidn't have a good experience with this specific 15" truck, engine was cutting every time if I hold the break, it mean almost every tone I was at the traffic light, it stopped about 15 times in a period of 2 hours of use

MIGUEL FDog poo all in the back of the truck. This is the 3 week renting a truck and every truck is dirty and nasty and we found roaches this is the last time for me each time we were promised it will be a clean truck this time took.the cake. I had to clean out the truck everytime and this is not our job to clean in order to use the truck I ruined a good mop and bucket to clean up dog poo all over the floor that we did not see until after.

ERICK DThis 15" U-Haul truck needs to be taking off the customer service rental equipment . The truck was pulling Very Bad .wheel alignment is horrible . Side view mirrors not stable ..this truck should have never been rented to me and I will not ever rent a U-Haul from this location . Horrible experience .

Justin BI rent a truck for second time. They hold the money in the card and they don't give me money back. In the first time I rent the truck in June 2025 they never give the money back. I rent again and I need go to the office and ask for the charge and the money they need to gave me back.

STEVEN AI drove 27 miles and I put 3 gallons fuel somehow I still got charged $10 for fuel. I would like to get a refund for the fuel. Thanks
