CLARENCE HThere were no furniture pads like I had reserved. There was no appliance dolly like I had reserved. The passenger mirror did not stay in place, so it was very unsafe to drive. Windows were very dirty; especially the passenger side. It appeared that a dog had been riding in the truck and wiped his nose all over the window. Mirrors were dirty. Your app is horrible and didn't allow me to pick up the truck and initiate the contract. I had to call after I was already at my destination. Fortunately I had gone to the location on Friday evening to get the code to the key box, or on Saturday morning at 7am I wouldn't have been able to retrieve a key because I hadn't received an email or a call as I had been promised. Your app also didn't allow me to return the truck. I had to get in a live chat and send photos for proof that I had fueled it up and how many miles I had driven. Very frustrating experience.

Jason HTook the representative awhile to get to us had to hook up the trailer myself and it took about 20 minutes for the guy to get the appliance dolly to me the trailer was in good condition but the appliance dolly was difficult to roll with load on it brought the equipment back on a Saturday afternoon no one to check it in overall a disappointment in the service
GARY GThis location itself was fine. Biggest problem. It was an hour in a half from where I live. Being flexible on where to pick up is completely different then going 10 cities away. Plus I had to go a day early. Miss work. Very inconvenient. The lady at the he 800 number was so rude! Unprofessional. Ran out of room in the truck. Had to rent a trailer at the last min. Took an hour for the rental guy and uhaul to figure out his computer issues. The man didn’t hook up the trailer correctly. It literally came off the hutch while we were driving. Had to call uhaul road side assistance. That added another 2 hours of wasted time on moving day.

And your online process for puck up couldn’t fond our resevation, so we gad to waste 45 minutes on the phone AND online to finally get access to the truck which turned out yo have slightly mire than. 3/4 full gsd tabk accirding to the guage.
Paul LShould have had more 1-way trucks available in the Provo area. Having us go way out of our way to get the truck is an inconvenience.

NATHAN OThe pick-up process was an absolute joke. Having to have 2 other references in order to pick it up. Especially when picking it up early, the references weren't too happy to receive a verification phone call. Definitely an unnecessary part of the whole process.

Rodrigo ABeing charged for fuel when I returned it with more fuel than I got it. It was given with 1/8 and I returned it with 1/3. Seems like a scam location.
Albert MThis a comment about what you did right. I needed a 5x8 covered trailer. You made sure there was one available. You also called me the day before pick up to let me know the trailer would be at the pick up location. I really appreciated those things.

SAMUEL CI dropped the vehicle off the same evening I picked it up. I gave the attendant the keys and offered the mileage and fuel level (as I took a picture of them). He said he'd take care of it then my vehicle doesn't show complete until 10:54 the next day...? That is concerning to me.
ROBERT CHave employee go over different parts of the truck features. We could not locate the tow on off switch and had to call to find it.
Rachelle SThe location I reserved a trailer did not have the trailer when I received even though it was supposedly guaranteed. Make sure the guaranteed equipment is actually ready. Thankfully this other location was able to provide the trailer.
Monte MIt was a little slow I getting paper work done. But the experience was great friendly personnel made a day that ca be hard much more pleasant
