I normally have a go to place I rent from. I will stick with them moving forward. I picked a place off of stadium drive and they ended up moving me to a location much farther away. Had to call and reservations gave me Edison Market. Not impressed with the location. No safe place to leave your car as you use the truck. Did not see any cameras outside and more than likely they did not have. Not in a safe area. My go to place is just down the road and they have better service and feels safer. I did not get the original size requests since another person had it out too long. Not many options here

The location seems new to Uhaul and they don't yet have the system down. It's located in a grocery store but you wouldn't know it was a branded location except for a couple of trucks parked in back. They are also within blocks of a heavily branded Uhaul store. My son made the booking after the first sore sent him there for no apparent reason. The quoted price was also way over the eventual cost. Maybe they will figure it out but for now it was a lousy experience.

Location could not find my reservation- said they didn’t know what to tell me. I asked them if the order # would help and then they found it. Had to wait 30 minutes while they walked through the pick up process via phone with someone instructing them.

Any and all issues had were a direct result of the pickup location on Lakewood in Holland. The drop off facility was fine.
