The location seems new to Uhaul and they don't yet have the system down. It's located in a grocery store but you wouldn't know it was a branded location except for a couple of trucks parked in back. They are also within blocks of a heavily branded Uhaul store. My son made the booking after the first sore sent him there for no apparent reason. The quoted price was also way over the eventual cost. Maybe they will figure it out but for now it was a lousy experience.

Location could not find my reservation- said they didn’t know what to tell me. I asked them if the order # would help and then they found it. Had to wait 30 minutes while they walked through the pick up process via phone with someone instructing them.
Adrian BAny and all issues had were a direct result of the pickup location on Lakewood in Holland. The drop off facility was fine.
Paul ZI told your customer service that somebody gained access to my account and rented this uhaul who was not me. He added himself as a driver and rented the uhaul. You did nothing about this.
