Processing rental agreement was slow and turning lights did not work on the first trailer hitched, had to switch trailers.

The people there said they would not hook up the car transport to the truck. Why go to a professional if they aren't going to make sure the equipment is hooked up correctly and they say they don't know how to do it themselves.

Tried to do the online checkin. Web site was not working and had to call in. The person that helped me on the phone was very helpful. But took me 45 min for the whole process (wait on call was extremely long due to high volume of calls)

One bad tire on trailer told us we could take it to springfield to have it changed if we wanted to and inside was never cleaned, looked like some one opened a pop all over inside of windshield and had to drive 1 hour to pick up truck and trailer

Staff was not friendly. The truck that was given to us was absolutely filthy inside the cab as well as the box. Once we started driving we noticed the truck was doglegging and not driving straight. Upon arrival out our home we looked underneath it and saw that the frame was bent. The axle was loose and busted and there were issues with the lead spring and a major bolt. This location does not maintain their trucks at all. We never should have received equipment in this poor of condition.

Inform the customer that one-way trailer rentals are a flat rate not a daily rate. I was disapointed. What I thought would take 4-days took 2-days. No refund. Disapointed but I wont assume next time.

the truck was low on transmission fluid we had to buy and put in wouldnt climb the hills until we put in at our expense and than we were charged for extra day for being to slow..brakes werent that good either.also the dolly in bad was loose with a beer can behind it i hope i wasnt charged but never got a bill of final they only took everything from my debit card I WILL NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN AND WILL CERTAINLY TELL EVERYONE ELSE THE RIDILOUIS EXPERIENCE

Do to it being the weekend which was raining and the truck was not even used and no one being at the location to return the vehicle & give them the keys.... I was charged an extra two days the truck wasn't even touched or started because it wasn't returned until Monday morning??? I mean I spent $1,500 to get from Texas to Missouri less than 2 years ago so it's not like I haven't paid my fair share to U-Haul but feel it's a bit unfair to be charged days it was not used but not returned simply cuz I did not feel the key should be left in the vehicle. the truck didn't travel over 15 miles total so it clearly shows that the truck had not been used. As nice as she was, she still said she had no choice you guys were making her charge me that amount of money which I feel I should be refunded! With that kind of service I think I should check into Two Men and a Truck next time!!?........

It was hard to find the location because the dealer had moved to a new location but the website was not updated.
