DAVID W.In renting a car hauler trailer, I experienced one of the tires having a slow leak. I didn't notice it till my cargo was already on and the tire looked extremely low. However, after airing up the tire, everything went fine. It was a slow leak, so as long as I added air periodically, it was fine. After renting, I relayed the experience to the staff, so they could remedy the situation before the next rental.

MICHAEL D.A couple of the tires on the right side were low on air, so I aired them up to 40 psi. The trailer was heavy duty and clean and the service was excellent. I would recommend using u-haul for any moving you have to do.
Anthony R.The only issue I had at all was with the U-Haul website. Overall it was pretty good but would not allow me to select the closest drop off location. Instead I was forced to select a location that was further away and call the scheduling department to have it corrected. The self drop off process worked very well.

Marshall R.The only reason I wouldn't recommend this specific location is because the location was not convenient. We have no problems with this place. However, we did have a BIG problem with Uhaul. We reserved the Uhaul we needed about 3 weeks in advance. Less than 24 hours before we were to pick it up, we got a call letting us know it was not available. They wanted me to get a larger truck, which I was not comfortable with driving out of state. After an hour on the phone, my husband, who was out of town on business, was able to locate a truck over an hour away. When I got there to get the truck, they did not have the appliance dolly that we had reserved. Then, after more phone calls and time on the phone, I had to drive to another town to pick this dolly up. We don't live in the middle of no where. We live an a larger area and should not have had this much trouble getting a truck...especially since we had reserved it 3 weeks prior. This made for a very bad experience with Uhaul for us and we are not sure we will ever use Uhaul again..

The staff said it was dirty, but they were busy. The truck cabin reeked of cigarette smoke. The windshield had a crack and was clearly not cleaned after an overnight return, as there were bug splatters and dirt. I've never had these issues before, so I assume it is just the small office and location. Thought you should know.

Barb M.Staff was not friendly. The truck that was given to us was absolutely filthy inside the cab as well as the box. Once we started driving we noticed the truck was doglegging and not driving straight. Upon arrival out our home we looked underneath it and saw that the frame was bent. The axle was loose and busted and there were issues with the lead spring and a major bolt. This location does not maintain their trucks at all. We never should have received equipment in this poor of condition.

bill K.the truck was low on transmission fluid we had to buy and put in wouldnt climb the hills until we put in at our expense and than we were charged for extra day for being to slow..brakes werent that good either.also the dolly in bad was loose with a beer can behind it i hope i wasnt charged but never got a bill of final they only took everything from my debit card I WILL NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN AND WILL CERTAINLY TELL EVERYONE ELSE THE RIDILOUIS EXPERIENCE
carolyn S.Do to it being the weekend which was raining and the truck was not even used and no one being at the location to return the vehicle & give them the keys.... I was charged an extra two days the truck wasn't even touched or started because it wasn't returned until Monday morning??? I mean I spent $1,500 to get from Texas to Missouri less than 2 years ago so it's not like I haven't paid my fair share to U-Haul but feel it's a bit unfair to be charged days it was not used but not returned simply cuz I did not feel the key should be left in the vehicle. the truck didn't travel over 15 miles total so it clearly shows that the truck had not been used. As nice as she was, she still said she had no choice you guys were making her charge me that amount of money which I feel I should be refunded! With that kind of service I think I should check into Two Men and a Truck next time!!?........
