All of the staff were nice and helpful. The uhaul truck was very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

DAVID HI’m trying not to cuss because I’m a scholar. Avoid this location though. Check the lights before renting it to the next person. Also teach customer service skills because it’s supposed to be mostly about the customer. People be taking things personal. That’s unprofessional. I have studied customer for 10 years.
Shun TSimilarly, this was a mixed use location, also a pawnshop. It didn’t help that Google results suggest that the business is permanently closed. U-Haul trucks parked out front clearly indicated otherwise, and we did call to confirm their hours.
Kathryn HMore focus on customer service would be nice. I understand that the typical clientele might not be the exemplars of citizenship that the operators of the location expect, but there is no need to make someone feel like an inconvenience for using a service that they provide before at the first interaction.

roy wThis is the 4th truck within a month that I have rented and returned to this location, twice while open and twice while closed. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
Robert SThe truck that I rented was said to be on location, so I drove an hour to pick it up and it wasn’t there. I had to then drive an hour home and come back in the morning to get the truck. My gas did not get reimbursed, it was a lot of wasted time and I had to postpone my move by a day. Overall a poor experience with U-Haul.
Garrett BThis was the 2nd truck in a week that I rented and as before the pick up was excellent, when the drop off site is open it is excellent, but due to the long weekend, I had to drop off truck when they were closed. We took the truck to the location prior to exp. time. I then spent at least 45 minutes on the Uhaul app trying to turn in the tuck. I finally got verification number and added it in. I was then told I needed to answer questions, first was they wanted a picture of the dashboard gages. This I did, however at this time all information disappearded from the phone and I could not get them back. True there were storms in the area that might have caused it. I gave up and drop the keys in the box. "As far as I know the truck was turned in ok and I do not have any additiona chares This I will not know until my bank statement comes in.
ROBERT SBusiness was very busy, een tho it was the early morning. However staff came right over to me, to get me checked in. I expected a delay in getting notified by phone of my check in however I was notified of my check and and the completion of my transaction with Uhaul before I arrived back home. Thank you.

Joseph FThe trailer was their newest one and it had a ramp which helped.My main complaint is that the trailer was dirty. The employee offered to sweep it out but I was running late to my destination.The furniture I picked up got very dirty despite putting moving blankets down. It seems they should clean it at every drop off point as soon as it’s returned if the user had not done so.

pat bLocal Rental store agent complicated the process by trying to find ways to charge me extra for a service I had already paid for and reserved. Be careful you might get ripped off at this location.
Lawrence SThe truck was great. The customer service at the place was horrible. When I got my bill I thought the millage was incorrect. The staff for an attitude with me . She went to check the odometer and then came back she told me with an attitude , I would have to call the 1800 number and they would have to deal with it. She then told me rudely I would have to know how many miles I think I drove. I told her I would just take my receipt and call the number . She got upset about it . I did say I sounds as if they where tryna rip someone off. I was frustrated with her attitude. I walked out the business door . Got in my vehicle. She came out the door be hind me and came to my vehicle yelling at me saying ant no one tryna fucking rip some one off over 10 damn dollars. And then she told me to never come back to her business again. That was the first time I had ever been there.
