This location tried to say that I returned w gas insufficient level. Tried to charge me an extra $97.00. Proved wrong by my time stamped photo. Horrible accounting practices.

I pre-booked online, the order was all set when I walked in. The lady asked for my drivers license, and if I wanted to take out the insurance on the rental. She had a fellow worker go with me to get the correct trailer. He hooked it up to my truck. When I returned he unhooked it and signed me out. The whole process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend them if you need to rent a trailer.

The UHaul system was down and that made it difficult to pick up our reservation. The employees at Eldorado Pawn were very helpful and called us as soon as the system was working.

The woman that took our information was very hard to communicate with. It was like she had trouble understanding standard English and it was very evident she was from the southern US. We told her we were going to Conway and wanted to drop off in Conway. It was on our printout that Conway was our destination and she told us it was a 2 day rental. When we tried to return it in Conway and called the 1-800 number as our paperwork said, we were told that we needed to return it to a Little Rock location and it was schedule to be rented last night even though we were told it was a 2 day rental. What if we had needed to keep it until today?

Gas was on 1/8, not 1/4. I had to return it at 1/4 and have not received a refund for the 1/8 difference.

I’m trying not to cuss because I’m a scholar. Avoid this location though. Check the lights before renting it to the next person. Also teach customer service skills because it’s supposed to be mostly about the customer. People be taking things personal. That’s unprofessional. I have studied customer for 10 years.

Similarly, this was a mixed use location, also a pawnshop. It didn’t help that Google results suggest that the business is permanently closed. U-Haul trucks parked out front clearly indicated otherwise, and we did call to confirm their hours.

More focus on customer service would be nice. I understand that the typical clientele might not be the exemplars of citizenship that the operators of the location expect, but there is no need to make someone feel like an inconvenience for using a service that they provide before at the first interaction.
