The equipment reserved was not there and they had to change my reservation from one way to one day which made a cost difference of $248.00 which was not in my budget to rent the truck. It was not their fault as I was able to reserve online because they showed one available. When they didn’t have a one way available lesson learned. Next time it will be refused as I can’t afford the difference. And we had no choice cause it was the only day landlord would let her get her stuff. Online needs to get and know what is available at all locations before letting someone reserve what and when they need
