SCOTT WI would say clean but not maintained, it was with the driving experience the brake felt like too tight, the driver and passenger doors like we have to close it really hard to get it closed.

Carla HThis is a family owned convenience store that specializes in food/items from Mexico and other Spanish speaking countries in Middle/South America. The owners are very friendly and helped me get the U-Haul ready for moving. The truck was clean and all pads/dolly was inside and secured. I was able to get everything done and turn the truck back in to them. They inspected the vehicle and sent me an email invoice. I greatly appreciate all the help, thanks a lot!

David SThey did not have the van that we booked online but after significant back and forth they were able to give us another rental. The vehicle was clean, but the check engine light was on which was unnerving. We then got charged a $20 gas fee even though we only drove the vehicle 10 miles total we had to pay for 4 gallons. Made no sense at all and we would not use this location again.

Joseph PU-Haul charge me for 5 gallons of gas when we drove 24 miles, unacceptable. Attendants at facility could not speak English. Traction stability warning light came on. Truck rented ran poorly. Vehicle was old. Vehicle was clean.
Tim FThe key wasn't ready and the vehicle was behind the building, but I had put in my reservation that morning for a self-service location, so it is what it is. It took a little work to figure out, but we got the vehicle in a timely enough fashion. The vehicle had a tire pressure warning, and a tow hitch indicator lit up (we didn't need the tow hitch so whatever). Not a perfect experience, but not bad enough for me not to rent from the same location again if I need a vehicle in the area.

Hayden RI would give this UHAUL location 100 stars if I could. Long story short, the truck we reserved through Budget fell through on our moving day because their inventory isn't remotely accurate. We were hours behind. We were paying for childcare and didn't even have a truck. I came to this UHAUL location and the employee was so kind and helpful. He was sympathetic to our situation and it was obvious that he was working quickly to get us what we needed ASAP. I think the entire process took less than 10 minutes and we drove away in the exact truck we needed. I was incredibly grateful. We also extended our rental which was so easy to do. We had also left our own personal dolly in the truck when we returned it and they held on to it for us for multiple days before we could come get it. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 reliability. Overall, an excellent location!!

Jim DThe cashier was very friendly, but I had to wait a couple hours for the truck to be returned. He made up for it by being generous with the return time. The driver’s side tire was low, so I had to put air in it. The truck”s transmission was messed up. The engine would race often, causing more gas to be burned.
