Terrible service. Nobody was at the location. After waiting 20 minutes and contacting Uhaul somebody showed up. Didn't speak English. Took me 45 minutes to get the truck.Salvatore G.
I originally booked to pickup in Thousand Oaks, CA. I received a call from a U-Haul rep a few days prior. They told me I had to pick up the trailer 40 miles away at a later time than I requested. I complained as this would add 80 miles to my trip. The rep told me to take it or leave it. I went online and rebooked for El Rio (they were very helpful) for a Saturday pickup which was much better for me. I wish the rep who called would have worked with me to solve the problem rather than leaving it up to me to resolve after U-Haul failed to accommodate the original pickup. I don't believe that 40 miles counts as the same pickup location.Neil H.
The location was simply a drop off point. No real facility or inspections. Person who processed taking in the van was surpuprised by the condition of the tires that he was showed in the photos taken after blowout..Patricia R.

The location was in a very rough part of the city with people hanging out and the dumpster overflowing. Hard to determine if the truck we were leaving would not be broken into or stolen after we left. No personnel in the office that day.Barbara B.

Battery on the vehicle died in about 10 minutes. The battery was really unstable the wntire time. Really glad i didnt have to use service a second time. When i tried to return the truck it took about 5 minutes and many click for it to finnaly turn on. Very sketchy.Mario S.

The lady who assisted me with my reservation was very polite and friendly. But, the whole check in process took place inside the laundromat's utility room. There is not assigned office or desk for U-Haul. Unfortunately the car itself was in very beat up conditions; * To get the ignition key to turn I had to play a lot with it every single time I started the car. * I could hear air coming through the driver's side door while driving. * The steering wheel was peeling off and felt very unpleasant to drive. In short, I felt ripped off with such expensive fees for a poor service.Alberto M.

The only issue I could see where improvement could be made is possible signage indicating where the office for UHaul is- it looked like a storage room and I was somewhat unsure that was were I was supposed to hand over my key- even though the assistant informed me it wasRenzo F.
