Very quick and easy
GREGORY TThe cashier was really rude. When I returned the key and pointed out there was an issue with the fuel level, he started yelling at me and insulting me. When I showed him proof, he accused me of trying to hit him and even threatened to call the police. It was a terrible experience overall — I’m never renting from U-Haul again.
WEIQIANG YNothing really - was very satisfied with the experience. Rented a U-Haul van, which was brand new (only 600 miles) and very clean. Only used it for short distance, so it was cheap. Would definitely rent here again.
KEES WI needed to drop off at this location written on my receipt but was told I had to come the next day to return it due to my activity drop off is not in their system. I had to work the next day which I asked from my pick up location if I can drop it off the same day I hired and I was told yes I can do so. It's disappointing though because I had to leave work early morning to drive 40mins to drop off the keys. If this arrangements could be allowed to take place easier, would be helpful to some customer like me who had to leave work just to return the keys.
JIURIE CThe truck itself was filthy full of broken glass and broken Christmas ornaments. One of the wood panels was broken inside the truck. Took me more than 40 minutes to clean the truck before we could use it. The truck died at red lights four different times the driver‘s door does not shut well at all because the truck has been in the front damage accident the brakes on the truck need to be replaced and the steering wheel is literally loose. I also put 10 1/2 gallons worth of gas in the vehicle and the gas gauge did not move by far. The worst U-Haul I’ve ever had to deal with oh and the windshield wipers didn’t work and it started to rain so I had to pull over on the highway and wipe off the windshield to be honest I shouldn’t have had to pay for it at all . I had another reservation because we had some more work we needed to do, but I have canceled it. I will figure out a different way to move our things moving forward.

Robert KFirst, fix the AC. June Sacramento is very unpleasant in a hot cabin. I suspect the cabin air filter has never been changed. Next, get a tune up. The engine knocks and pings and there's a very long shift delay. I'm sure this has a significant negative impact on gas consumption. Also, if your quiz has a "not applicable" option under "recommend" you should allow it to be a valid choice. Fire your web developer. Instead, you get a "No".
James SSuggest customers have ropes or ties and blankets for moving items. A ramp would be nice in each truck. The sun shade was broken on driver's side.

Over 1 hour wait from open and reserved pick up time to be able to get the truck. Truck was picked up with half a tank and returned with a full tank, no refund was given for being returned with over $70 of gas for full tank

anthony mThe vehicle was available upon arrival and staff was friendly the tire on the front passenger side was low upon pick up and I had to add air. The trucks should be inspected and items like this should be serviced before they are sent out on the road again as this can cause the vehicle to breakdown or an accident. In addition, there I had dolly and furniture movers on my order and was only informed at arrival that they were not available. While the staff did provide an alternative to go to a nearby uhaul location to check if they had these items available this should've been communicated to me before pick up so I could make arrangements. This inconvenience causes me to lose time and add more unnecessary additional mileage to the truck which I have to pay for.

Kevin PEverything is perfect, from customer service pickup to the track until we returned the truck the the customer service is very good.
Bernadette LFirst truck we picked up had the check engine light on and the brakes sounded horrible. We immediately returned it. When we tried to ask for a different truck we were told all the trucks had the check engine light on but “they were still safe to drive”. We asked for a different truck and he argued that the trucks were not clean so we can’t take it. He also told us that it was reserved, we said so was ours, we argued but it’s not safe. We said as long as the check engine light wasn’t on we were happy. Second truck, drove great, brakes sounded normal. No problem at all. The check engine light was not on. The person there when I picked up was named Sam.
Regina SLate fees are not mentioned in the contract. I was worried because my return time was 3pm and I was over time 45 minutes. But I looked at the printout and there was nothing about late fees. The employee mentioned something about the time return and had to get a manager when brought up there isn't anything about late fees. It's all very unclear. Also, there are issues with the website. I was rented a link to upload my drivers license and I did but they did not save. The employee had to do it all over. Not really a big deal, just confusing.

susim aThe customer service in this location was the worst experience I ever had with uhaul! The morning employee wasn’t bad as the afternoon employee. In the morning the van wasn’t ready and I had to wait to arrive, the van was smelling like somebody smoked inside, was dirty and I cleaned myself with wipes because everything in front had food steam and was very sticking. The afternoon person who I return the van to was very rude and disrespectful!! I would never again go back to that location. He made me feel unwanted there. I returned the van exactly where I picked up as I was told to do in the morning by the pumps, when I got there he didn’t asked me to please move he gave me a order saying “go move it because there’s no where you found it” I told him “excuse me that’s exactly where I found it and if you look in your cameras you will see”, he told me he didn’t care and I had to move it. I moved it and I went back inside he went outside again to check and as I was walking out with him he closed the door on my face, not even hold the door for me to get out. He didn’t say thank you, please, excuse me, etc nothing ! No manners! I felt like he was doing it for free or like a favor. I paid a lot money to get treated like it. They are very rude, disrespectful and have a horrible customer services! I wouldn’t come back and I won’t recommend this location again.
Edna ACustomer care was great. The guy checking me in and out was polite and professional. The checkout process because of a unnecessary update in your systems caused me to be delayed over an hour in checking out. The cargo van needed a bad oil change and the A/C did not work.
