Its great, easy to access, & staff were helpful but it needs to be noted that you CANNOT do an after hours drop off here. They DO NOT have a drop box. This should be noted on the Uhaul app & whenever this location is used for drop off.
Taylor HWhen I picked up my equipment, the morning shift representative told me he had forgot to unpack some furniture carpets. He didn’t fully unload them upon arrival and told me he would leave some in truck free of charge since he also didn’t have furniture dolly’s ( which I also paid in advance during reservation and online order). When I go to return the truck equipment, I returned with only 12 miles of usage/ driven but I had booked for 15 mile drive. I also gased vehicle up again to 300 miles as that is what I received the truck in ( I have photos to prove ). The afternoon representative proceeds to receive keys from me and tried to show me an odometer and gas fuel from a completely different truck and tried to charge me for all the problems listed above. From saying I went over the mileage, didn’t gas the vehicle to how it was picked up, and also wanted to charge me for moving carpets( that his co worker left and didn’t unload) and also for furniture dollys ( that they did not have.) I am very disappointed with given service from this location.
