The person helping was not trained and in addition to that another facility send me there and the equipment was not readily available, I was there for 2 hours to get the truck and one hour to return it, is a used tire shop they do a good job at that not at renting U-Haul trucks
EDGAR VThe overall rental was a bit of a hassle, the system was down and I had to call in to make reservation. The man at the shop was very helpful and nice.
