El venado tires was extremely helpful, I had no idea what I was doing, had to move unexpectedly and quickly and first time doing this, el venado tires helped every step of the pick up, had a struggle with figuring out drop off and they helped out so much! AMELY MThe person helping was not trained and in addition to that another facility send me there and the equipment was not readily available, I was there for 2 hours to get the truck and one hour to return it, is a used tire shop they do a good job at that not at renting U-Haul trucks
EDGAR VThe overall rental was a bit of a hassle, the system was down and I had to call in to make reservation. The man at the shop was very helpful and nice.
