Good service, but after spending a lot of money over $2000,00 for 2 days and were not able to drop the keys in the night drop box was a little inconvenient because I didn't have time to comeback since I had to work early in the morningcesar R.

Truck should have been cleaned, there was a pair of used surgical gloves on the dashboard. There was about 14 used furniture pads not folded in the attic of the truck. There was an opened bag of furniture pads with 2 unused ones. The furniture pad bag was empty and left open. The hand truck was loose from the clamp. Besides all of that it went pretty smoothly.FRANK H.

The interior was full of tobacco from previous renter, not cleaned. I blew out entire back so it was clean when I returned. I checked it out with half a tank, and filled it, returned with 7/8 of a tank. I should have gotten a gas credit for leaving more than I took. Thanks- Pat FullerPatrick F.

The truck was dirty. It wasn't full of gas when my husband started the truck and yet the ticket stated that it was. My husband doesn't walk very well and couldn't go back in the dealer to tell them. Then come to find out, they didn't explain anything about the drop off location not being manned and needless to say, we dropped the keys in the drop box before we realized we needed to figure out an app and take pictures of the truck to prove mileage and cleanliness etc. Not an easy thing for elderly to figure out and maneuver. Had we known we never would have dropped at this location.KEVIN R.

First, Uhaul changed the pick-up location to one 40 miles from where I planned to pick it up on the day before my pick-up day. I spent 45 minutes on hold (in two different calls) before one glorious representative fixed it. Then, the pick-up location mixed up my drop-off (210 miles from where I planned). When I called to have them fix it, they had no record of my rental. So, I called the main number and spent another 25 minutes listening to your hold commercials before a representative fixed it. Personnel at drop off location were not following proper COVID safety precautions. No employees were wearing masks and they had taped shut the Uhaul key drop-off box, which required me to hand the key to the attendant inside. This was supposed to be a contactless process.Chris P.
I had reserved the rental truck at this location based on the on-line information indicating they had the truck size, furniture dolly and hand truck I needed as apposed to a closer location not having the equipment. When I picked up the equipment they did not have the hand truck and when I checked with the other location they had everything but would not rent me the hand truck because i didn't rent the truck from them. I did early check in online but when I arrived I had to go through the entire process in store. The truck had trash in it, mud on and around the wheels and dirt and debris in the hauling area. Requiring extra cleaning so I wasn't charged for someone else's mess. When I returned the truck, the female clerk told me I was going to have to take the truck somewhere else because they didn't have room. A male clerk came out and said since I rented there I would leave it there. The fact I could've said okay and just went somewhere else is a problem. Good thing for his availability. The clerk in the morning was friendly and the evening was good and bad. Because of the hassle I'll say an average experience.joe B.

The person that rented the truck before I rented it used it for a landscaping project and it had leftover dirt, mulch and leaves in it that I had to sweep out before I could put my furniture and bedding in it.Edward K.

I was told I would pick up at a different location and found out on the day I wAs to pick it up, that it wasn't there!!! Had been stressful planning the trip and this was the last thing I needed. I was told I would get a call from a supervisor and never did. The â€œnewâ€ location where I picked it up was good, but uhaul scheduling dept.needs some work.
