The equipment was clean, but we believe that it was the door gasket that wasn’t sealed well and our belongings were soaked from the rain storms during our trip. Also, the price we paid to rent it was extraordinarily high. To improve the equipment, I would recommend reviewing in more detail or testing the door seal as part of the equipment review

DOUGLAS FI rented a 15 foot truck for $29.95 and was charged an additional $29.95 even though I was told over the phone that I could keep the truck for an additional day without being charged extra. Liars.
