Truck was really beat up. Near the end of its life cycle. Steering was extremely vague. Location was great. Receipt didn’t show up in the app. Only a blank page. Customer service was able to get me a copy.

This was the fastest and easiest uhaul arrangement that ive had. Location and vehicles were extremely accessible and staff was great!
Sharon GI requested moving blankets/pads during the reservation. When I picked up truck I was told there were no pads available. Luckily I didn't need them, but this is something I would expect to always be available. Other than that little hiccup, the rest of the pick up and return process was excellent.
James BPick-up and drop off was an easy process.
