Location was easy to find. The 24 hour reminder message prior to returning it was great. As it was a holiday the day we returned it, having someone to send a quick message to, with a very quick reply, made it seamless.

There was no one at this location when we were there. I got a text from someone who told me that the gate was open and to drop it in the back by the other U-Haul. So it’s not that the above questions are a no, it’s just that I didn’t have experience with them.

This was not original drop off spot. There was nobody at location specified on contract 58 Caribou St. West. U-Haul help desk found me another place not on your list, 915 High St East, in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, that was very friendly and professional and actually let me return the trailer.

I am in Regina and my daughter to Estevan. It was a logistical nightmare to get the truck from Moose Jaw plus the extra expenses of fuel and time.
