I’ve been to this location before and appreciate the great customer service. The truck cup holders had not been cleaned and there was a lot of coffee spills in them. There was also so much dog hair in the passenger seat.

Heather WThe truck exhaust was incredibly loud and obviously malfunctioning as the exhaust fumes would fill the cab. Truck was not roadworthy. Horrible fuel economy as well, no matter how gently we drove it. Poorly maintained vehicle, especially since the pick up location was a mechanic’s shop. I expect some reimbursement for the poor quality of this rental. Overall, UHaul has become too expensive and inconvenient
Duane SGuy was very nice I explained the situation about pick up and there was an issue with the difference if the gas gauge on what they said and what it actually was and he fixed it for me very appreciative
