Guy was very nice I explained the situation about pick up and there was an issue with the difference if the gas gauge on what they said and what it actually was and he fixed it for me very appreciative

The trailer was parked in behind other pieces of equipment and I had to wait and help move the other pieces of equipment to get to the trailer I had preselected and pre ordered. In short the equipment should have been ready for me to pick up and not waste my time.
Greg BThe U-haul had a pile of snow on it, there was nothing to use to get the snow off. It wasn’t running and sidewalk and pathway to get the U-haul was not cleared or shoveled. We also had to go searching for an employee just to pick up the truck.
