The trailer was parked in behind other pieces of equipment and I had to wait and help move the other pieces of equipment to get to the trailer I had preselected and pre ordered. In short the equipment should have been ready for me to pick up and not waste my time.

The U-haul had a pile of snow on it, there was nothing to use to get the snow off. It wasn’t running and sidewalk and pathway to get the U-haul was not cleared or shoveled. We also had to go searching for an employee just to pick up the truck.
