This was a different location than where I booked and was not notified of the change in location until I was at the location I booked at. So had to go to somewhere else. That was frustrating. The 2nd place once I got there the service was good. Also the drivers door had damage and did not seal properly so I drove 450KM with a wind noise like the window was open so could not even hear the radio. It should have been fixed. It had the black damage circles on it that noted the damage

Maybe just to doubt check inside the uhaul before it goes out that there is nothing in the cab of the truck. I found a set of keys some wrappers in the door handle area and wrapper from a drumstick in the cup holder area. Other than that the truck was clean and well maintained. It ran smoothly and we didn't have any issues.

Tiffany WI’ve been to this location before and appreciate the great customer service. The truck cup holders had not been cleaned and there was a lot of coffee spills in them. There was also so much dog hair in the passenger seat.
