JAMES DAnother flat tire. I've rented 3 auto carriers over the last 6 months or so. Two of the three have had low pressure on one tire. Your dealers should make sure the equipment is ready for service and not just take your money.

Carl WThe lights didn't work so we replaced the wire harness on the trailer. The trailer had a faulty lock on the hitch causing the trailer to come off our receiver hitch. Almost flipped the trailer. This almost came off a second time so we chained and strapped the hitches together. Called roadside assistance several times no one answers. Got a call back but it was a recording and hangs up on us. When we call CS the same thing happens. We got through one-time and explained the situation. Also that we couldn't drive over 50 mph because the trailer fishtails. Caused us to stay another night in a hotel. We found that this trailer had not had a required inspection for 2 years. We called Texas DOT and Public safety. U-Haul caused us to drive a 18 hours instead of 10 hours. U-Haul caused us an additional Hotel expense. U-Haul owes us money!

Joe HWhen I took the vehicle to this place they never explained to me that I had been assigned a different place to return the truck. They never explained to me that I would be charged for not dropping the truck off at the other location. They charged me money without notifying me that they would charge me for the location drop off and never had me sign a consent for the charge. They also never gave me the option to go ahead and take the vehicle to the other location. This was fraudulent of them to do.

Kirby PThis is a reflection on uhaul and not the location. I broke down in the middle of traffic, the vehicle was inoperable, I had to make a police report because it was later towed by someone else and I was still charged. I am disappointed in the entire experience

BOBBY CLocation was closed when I arrived
John MCheck the air pressure in the tires. The car dolly we rented had a nearly flat tire on it. We had to go to the station to get the tire pumped up.

Diane AReally has nothing to do with the location. The whole rental return was a total mess. First, I was sent by uhaul to a location 23 miles away from where I was staying. That location closes at night and is locked up. I googled other locations and found there were three within 5 miles of my hotel. Then I called and was told, after waiting on the phone almost 20 minutes, that I could try to drop at another location. Then you charged me $20 for finding a location that actually wasn't under lock and key. Y'all are GREAT. Elite Auto Spa - Thank you! You are great.
TIMOTHYEDWARD SI did not get any help. Was told to unhook the car dolly myself. My daughter and I had to pick up and push the car dolly into a spot. Was told I couldn't do the truck off and had to leave with the truck until she could call uhaul to find a different place to take it. Was made to park the truck in the spot instead of the employee. Was told someone else would check my equipment in later instead of someone checking it in with me. Got charged for extra milage and not enough gas when the worker lady is the one who made us leave with it stating there wasn't enough room for the truck. Still waiting to be contacted back about everything. I'm not happy at all and hurt my shoulder and back having to pick up and push the car dolly.
Shannon GHave the person at the location be able to do the contract versus having to talk to someone over the phone. I did not receive a receipt as told until a day or two after I used the Auto transport and had returned it.

Robert TDo not expect to use on line check in. "Pick up my truck" option was never available on line. We arrived at the indicated time but had to wait for someone to arrive. He then had to call someone else to complete what I had already entered on line.

Robert TThe truck was left with 10 miles of gas, which isn't very much in a huge truck. If you accelerate into traffic, you'll lose a couple miles instantly. There were cigarette ashes in the cup holder, the cabin smelled like cigarette smoke, and the back of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no cleaning done between previous driver and when I picked it up for use.
