Everything was fine until return. Location was closed and full of equipment at 4:40pm on Saterday when someone should have been available for return. Call center and management was good. We were billed an extra day even though we were on time returning equipment. Management sorted out our bill. We are good but will use a different uhaul location next time.
JAMES RPerhaps a little more instruction on driving the truck. For example, I couldn't figure out how to engage the cruise control. Otherwise, everything else was great. The truck was in perfect condition.
BENJAMIN MNobody there. Place appears dangerous. U-Haul changed the location near us as requested for drop off and forced us into a bad area. Phone numbers were not working. Got then caught into major traffic and took 2 hrs for a 10 mi drive. All would’ve been avoided if we returned where we initially setup.
Elizabeth QI paid $43 and then when I got there, they told me I needed $100 and when I return the truck, I will get the remainder money 57 dollars but I have still yet to receive my money.

Karly GI had a great experience with U-Haul. The booking process was simple, the truck was clean and ready on time, and the staff made everything quick and easy. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth, and the rates were very fair. Moving is usually stressful, but U-Haul definitely helped take some of that stress away. I’d definitely rent from them again!
MENELEK ERepair your vehicles, mine had no AC even after roadside assistance “fixed it” bc there was a leak. The truck also had blown fuses for the lights that hook on from a trailer in which I also rented and had no tag lights bc of the trucks blown fuses. I drove 6 hours + two hours of stop traffic the the middle of August to south FL with no AC… the trucks horn also didn’t work so I almost got into a reck because of that too. The lights on the trailer were fixed by roadside assistance, even though it took the entire day. Than per usual I was charged for going over mileage which I didn’t, they just had it wrong. But yk UHAL always charges people for everything after use. Last time I used U-Haul, they charged me for not cleaning out the truck when I did. They also charged my sister for not cleaning out her truck when she did. This is very notorious with U-Haul so we know to clean the U-Haul spotless but they’re going to charge you for anything they possibly can so I won’t even bother to clean the truck because I know I’ll get charged for it even if I do clean the truck. Worst experience with uhal ever but not the only bad experience, iv consistently had bad experiences w uhal and so has everyone I know. Will not be using uhal again and will make sure no one else will either unless they don’t care about their horn, working almost getting into recks, no AC, and the high possibility that they will have no lights on the truck or to their trailer, and if they don’t mind the additional charge after they drop it off for something they didn’t do. Also the guy running the uhal place at this location didn’t even know how to spell then didn’t tell me he couldn’t spell so he completely butchered my name in my address. I had to go back and help him spell out “pavilion Palms Circle” and my name.

DANIEL NI left my packing blanket in the back of the truck and had to go back to pick up the packing blanket. I should have not been billed the $25.00 fee for removing the blanket.
CHARLIE AI bought a hitch and electrical kit from the 15th st. Location. It still does not work. I have taken it back 3 times spent more than 4 hours and rented a trailer again today and no lights on right side. So I don't understand why you guys can't fix the products that you sell to work properly. I would not recommend anyone to buy a trailer hitch and electrical from U Haul. They don't work. Every time I go to rent there is a problem with the electrical. Andy Miller 850-238-0399

Raymond OI’m Drop off was easy and there was someone to help lift the trailer off. The building and holding area was pretty rundown.
Colby BThe only negative from this experience (and from my previous rental last week) was the online return of eqpt. The app is completely unreadable in sunlight and the "take photo" button is located in the same place as the "close screen" button on my phone. This resulted in multiple "failures" of photos. It took 45 minutes in the blazing sunshine and heat to complete the process.
RICKI BI should have checked the gas gauge more closely. Paperwork indicated a little over a half tank. I drove 13 miles in total and had to put in 7 gallons of gas to get the gauge back to the level indicated on the paperwork. Shame on me. It was very difficult to complete the return process online as the bright sunlight meant that photos could not be seen clearly and many were rejected. Next time I will select a manned location for drop off.

JOHN CTrailer was rough especially the rear roll up door with a broken lift cable witch kept hanging up on my loaded items.
RAY NMy bill was 39.00 I came back a little less than 2 hours cause I didn't went far ,the gas could take a little top up not much like $5.00 or $10.00 but yet still I was charged $90.00 why ?no matter what that's over charge I'm wanting to be honest with you.

MARLON GYall need to tell the customer service to check the vehicle with the customers.Not to accuse someone of putting a dent are scratch on a vehicle that's already been dented and scratches in the same spot.And try to charge my credit card when I have use the same vehicle for the last three time in a row.And those dents and scratches where there from the first time i rented the cargo van.because they have stickers on the van where someone had already mess up the vehicle and he the clerk new it.plus the cargo van need a oil change from previous rental the oil change light came on.I rented it on the 5-10-25 and return on the 5-11-25 local use only around 20 to 25 miles. Plus I was charged for a extra day for gas on a previous rental when I told him I full it back up from the previous reading.I wish I would have taken a video of the previous reading before and after.I like renting from U haul because they have the right vehicles I need at that location.but I lost the trust with my money and credit card and bank card.

BENJAMIN WIf you only type in the location name in it will take you to the wrong destination. Truck was parked in over grown grass and was too close to other trucks to get good pictures for the app.
ANDREW FThe brakes on this trailer were not in adjustment. The left rear marker light was not working. I was told that it will eventually work as I drive. Never did. Had to have a service call to repair.

MIGUEL ROnly thing I had a problem with is at the end of my trip I noticed some of my stuff was soaked so the roof of that truck was leaking pretty good! Other than that everything else was great.

CHERYLE JRyan was very helpful, because of him we had a truck. The main location that we were supposed to pick up was closed for the holidays and they didn't even have the equipment. So, I am very grateful to Ryan at 8000 Front Beach Rd. because he was the only one who had the truck and auto transport. Even though the truck had 1/4 gas tank it was enough for us to get to a gas station. We also noticed white smoke coming out of the truck tail pipe. The stress of moving is that we told the property where we lived that we were leaving on the 27th, when we saw that nobody had the equipment, we freaked. Ryan was nice. The printer broke, so Ryan did the rental on his phone, Whoa! Ryan made it happen. Ryan from Jamaica. We noticed that people in general don't want to work in Panama City Beach, the whole area is a negative town. Also, very important, the truck had no brakes. It was very difficult to stop! It would be nice to get some money back.

Dennis GI arrived at 8am and the app mentioned box#4 which does not exist. There are only 3 boxes. So I had to wait until 9 am when the location opened. When I was able to get the keys (which were left inside the cargo area when there are no more boxes), I realized the dollies I rented where not in the truck. The store representative loaded them at my request, but what upsets me is the if I get the truck at 8am as planned, there wouldn’t be any dollies in it, affecting all my moving plan. Poor service.
RODRIGO AReserved 26 ft truck plus trailer and moving pads. Truck was unavailable for an hour and 30 minutes past pickup time. When I got it, food all over floor, drinks spilled on floor, cup holders broken. The employee didn’t know anything about the trailer or pads. Spent 45 minutes on phone with customer service who finally sent me to next town to get trailer and pads. Two hours after scheduled pickup, finally got equipment. I would never use this place. Totally unacceptable!!!!!

GREGORY EWorst rental place ever, was my first time renting from them and they over charged me $68.88 even tho I paid for a 100mil for $108 and I didn’t even go over the 100mil, they told me if I brought it back a earlier timing from the timing I got to bring it back they would’ve gave me money back and I brought it back wayyy earlier than the timing they gave me, with more gas that they gave me and the truck clean with no accident because I only wanted it for a couple hours and he gave me to bring it back the next day I brought it back in the night and left it. Would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!
