The manager was often unavailable during business hours. His location was very limited in truck parking space. But when available, manager was top-notch!
Kathie J.Unwilling to take the trailer until I insisted. Said he had too many trailers on his lot. Sorry, but that is your problem. After a 500 mile pull, I don't want to hear about your problems. Refused to checkin the trailer.Said he wanted logistics to get it and check it in. Again, NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!
