No jack to help load trailer available and nobody there with the proper strength to help. This is only an issue because I too do not have that strength
Ronald ODropped off on a Sunday. Left VM with date and time because the app wouldn't work for me to check the vehicle in, nor did the customer service number for Uhaul answer.

Debra PVehicle shook over 50 mph. Passenger door kept popping open. Very loud. Sucked down gas!! Cost me more in gas than the rental. This vehicle really made my trip unbearable. Took us hours longer than it should have. I sure hope I do not get charged for the extra day it took that will overdraw my account and I will be pissed off

Sidney BYou should refund any unused days. I paid for 6 and only used it for 4. The contract was for 5. I reserved it for an extra day in case of road trouble but I didn't need it. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have wasted my money.
Kim HTruck engine did not sound good. It was OK for my local use (less than 8 miles) but I would not be confident to drive this truck out of town.
Kyle KI was very disappointed with the return. I filled up the gas before, to the line of what I received it. My bill showed a fuel charge. I called and the guy I talked to said he couldn’t do it and referred me to a number. Left a message at that number but got no reply. Not a lot of money, but should not have been done.

Steve OOn-site staff was rude, disrespectful and refused to listen. On-site staff wanted to charge me extra for a Uhaul mixup. Did not want to accept the trailer. I demanded the accept it and had to coordinate between managers of both pick up & drop off to have issues resolved. Off-site manager for drop-off location was courteous, the staff was horrible.
Michelle VThe service was great, the woman who helped me were both very kind and professional. It’s your automated system I have a problem with. I returned the truck with the proper fuel, the woman helping me agreed, but the system still charged me and did not allow her to adjust the error. Give the people working with your system the ability to make changes when YOUR system messes up. It’s a shame that people will be mad at and blame the ladies working here for your mess ups uhaul.

Gerald BThe trailer I dropped off had leaves and dirt from where I picked it up just one day earlier. The leaves were old and dry and looked like they were from the winter and were never cleaned out. The representative at the U-Haul drop off location threatened to charge me a cleaning fee. I objected and started cleaning your dirt out of the trailer myself. She had me stop so she could take a photo and stated that I did not need to finish cleaning the trailer. She said she would not charge me. This was a very bad experience.
Daniel CVery disappointed and upset with my experience. I requested and was given a reservation for 730am to a location that didn’t open till 9am. I had to drive 30 mins away to a mobile location all the while having to pay movers at my house waiting for me to show up with a truck. I got back to my house at 9 and my movers were to show up at 8am which was when I should have been back with the truck. Second bad experience with your UHaul so I’m done with your company.

Chuck PDuring check in, Elite Flooring staff led me to believe trailer rental was a one way rental. I explicitly stated I would be leaving the trailer in another city, and the staff laughed with me and said "please, take it, it's been here a long time". On return, I was charged an extra $209.99 for a "wrong location" fee because it had been booked as a round trip rental. I was misled in face to face conversation during the check in process. All of this aside, the staff at Elite Flooring was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us get the trailer hooked up. I don't think there was any ill intent on their part, it was probably a simple oversight, but it cost me a lot of money and set me behind going into next week. I have contacted a U Haul representative to start the process of correcting this situation. I am hopeful we can all come to a resolution!

GEORGE GBe honest and truthful. They charged a $25. Cleaning fee for pet hair when I don’t have a pet and only the driver was in the truck. Very unfair!
