We planned to drop at one but when we got there they asked us to go to different place to return. It would have been better to know that on reservation of truck.

Ride Share location was not reset. National computer outage, 4 1/2 hours late getting truck. Because of delay did not make it to storage unit in time to off load. Storage closed on Sunday had to rent another unit that was open on Sunday. Also had to pay for extra help to unload because the Saturday help was unable to unload due to change in time of recieving the truck. Was given $50 credit for a $300 overage in cost due to UHaul outage and employee not reseting the ride share locarion.
Robert ELucy Martin is a scammer. The truck was dropped off clean and in order like uhaul requested, pictures where taken, was still charged a cleaning fee, scammer and just trying to pray on people and their money!!!! Corporate will know your scam Lucy Martin your corrupt scheme is over with this customer!!!! I wonder how many people she charges this way?!?! If you dropped off at this location and charged a fake fee, please be aware and call corporate!!!!!
