Very pleasant experience
Vernon RCar hauler straps were stuck. And hour late leaving this location. They did not honor the $880 quote from uhaul.com. I was charged $1008. I wasn't given the address for drop off location in ohio just the city.
Cindra RWe planned to drop at one but when we got there they asked us to go to different place to return. It would have been better to know that on reservation of truck.
mary aRide Share location was not reset. National computer outage, 4 1/2 hours late getting truck. Because of delay did not make it to storage unit in time to off load. Storage closed on Sunday had to rent another unit that was open on Sunday. Also had to pay for extra help to unload because the Saturday help was unable to unload due to change in time of recieving the truck. Was given $50 credit for a $300 overage in cost due to UHaul outage and employee not reseting the ride share locarion.
