The app was horrible! It seems impossible to reserve UHaul equipment outside of app reservations. I used UHaul because of the 24/7 access ability. The app failed repeatedly during pickup resulting in a 45 minute delay to get the truck. Once I had the truck, I found the driver’s side mirror was so loose that it would not stay affixed to a set position. Apparently I wasn’t the only driver to deal with the issue as the set screw to tighten the mirror mount was over tightened and could no longer be set. I had to use zip ties to create resistance on the mounting point to keep the mirror from spinning as I drove. I picked up very early so no employee was at the pickup point. I dropped off during business hours, the employee at the drop off point was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with.

The Uhaul app allowed me to order supplies from this location for pick up with my truck but the location was closed on the day of my pick up. The app should not allow this as is caused confusion and inconvenience of having to buy the boxed somewhere else and have to get a refund.

My rental was due on a Friday and that was the day. I returned it during the mid afternoon. Then I got an invoice for an extra day when I had already returned my trailer on the due date. Please call me at 231 620-0218.

Location was changed 20 miles, pu was delayed from 9 to 12, trailer was full of trash attendant said was waiting on delivery from uhaul, total bs. Someone finally showed up and emptied trash from trailer nothing was delivered total lie. Vendor was a flooring contractor that obviously was using for their use. Finally when passing the Vendor I selected there was a trailer sitting right out front. Never dreamed uhaul was such a dishonest Company. Never again!

The vehicle was not road ready when I picked it up. Upon starting the van, I noticed that the left rear tire had low tire pressure. The attendant advised me to "drive it to WaWa where they have free air." She said they have no way to insert air at that location. I drove to a gas station and had to insert 23 pounds of air for the necessary pressure. The van windshield was very dirty both on the outside and inside and the interior or could have been cleaner as there was a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke.. I picked up the van on Thursday at 4:30 PM and returned it that Saturday at 1:30 PM yet I was charged for a four-day rental apparently even though I brought the key inside and handed it to the woman in charge. The van did handle well and fulfilled my needs.

The place was deserted when I dropped off the truck. While it was essentially clean, it was very small. I'm a former trucker and can parallel park a tractor / trailer. But I can't imagine most people being able to do much more than leaving it blocking traffic. God help them if they're dropping a truck AND trailer.

I had to drive a uhaul with no air conditioning for 3 hours to finish my move. When I contacted customer support no solution or compensation was offered… It was 95 degrees out and I had my 5 year old in the truck with me..

I only went to this location because U-Haul sent me to the wrong location first. My trailer wasn’t available at the first site and U-Haul found one 30 minutes away in Summerfield.

We had a little bit of rough start when they had to change my pickup point. They didn’t. Have a car carrier at the original center. As it turned out the young man that was at the new pickup point he couldn’t have been. More helpful when I returned he was still extremely helpful and took his job seriously. Thankyou I will recommend you to my friends.

Vehicle shook over 50 mph. Passenger door kept popping open. Very loud. Sucked down gas!! Cost me more in gas than the rental. This vehicle really made my trip unbearable. Took us hours longer than it should have. I sure hope I do not get charged for the extra day it took that will overdraw my account and I will be pissed off
