The chains were too large to go hook up. I had to move to a different trailer and hook up. The woman that took care of me exchanged trailers very easily.

JOSHUA WThere was a hole in the floor of the trailer. Thankfully the weather was decent, but it was an obvious point of water ingress. UHAUL doesn't give me a place to rate my original trailer pickup location, New Ulm. That was very poor. They didn't have a trailer for me and only somewhat spoke English to explain to me that they needed to move my pickup to another location.

I understand wanting/needing to upload photos for self check in, but it took over 10 minutes of it spinning just for it up upload them because of lack of cell service or idk even because I had 4 bars LTE, then when I was able to click next it just started spinning waited another 5 minutes then gave up on the self check in. Elite mechanical ended up helping us check it in. But it we woulda stuck with our original return date which was the holiday we would have been screwed.
Luke HCould not get truck and trailer at same location which led to a major confusion and pricing issue with u haul Truck was fine and efficient at Elite location. Trailer was a major pain at Vicks

DAN CNo small trucks/vans/pickups available. U-Haul offers only expensive large trucks, while I need only a small truck or van. Though small trucks are listed in the web site, de facto they are never available. Large trucks are 1.5-2 times more expensive for rent, they consume more fuel and cost extra money for millage in compare with 9' Cargo Van and 8' Pickup. This time I needed only to pick up a bed, for which I needed only the smallest 9' Van or 10' truck. I had to rent the large 17 feet truck for double price to deliver only one bed, because de facto small trucks/vans/pickups are never available. U-Haul thus imposing an unnecessary service for additional cost.
ALEXEY EMy only issues was trying to return the trailer through the uhaul app, it wouldn't allow me to do return it. I had to contact customer service and use www.uhaul.com/share to able to get the trailer returned.
JASON PRepair left turn signal on trailer. Other then that all good.
RANDOLPH OThe personal were very efficient. Drop off was fast.

Sandy PFirst they started charging for after hours drop off check-in the next morn. Now they are charging if you do not return equipment to exact spot it came from!! They refuse to help hook up the trailer so, as a single woman, I can no longer rent from them.

Jason LThe Uhaul trailer for the most part was swept out but there was a lot of residual dirt inside. We had to sweep it out again to get the dirt out
Lee TCounter lady was really nice. Just difficult because they do not help attach the trailer to hitch and it is VERY heavy.
Melissa UThe tongue jack on the car transport trailer I rented would not go down when I got to my destination so I could use my truck. I had to raise the hitch with my trucks tire jack . It was jammed. Also the rubber tie down for the folding fender snapped when I was trying to use it. Luckily only one of the two straps broke. However the location personal seemed friendly.

LEE RThe outside of the trailer was FILTHY and coveted in mud/dirty. To add insult to injury, the same size trailer right next to ours was spotless. But we were rented the FILTHY one.

Cheryl HLet people know trailers n dollies lights are 4 prong hook up . I had to buy adapter from 7 prong to 4 prong.
CRAIG WThe equipment was initially difficult to obtain, I was supposed to get it in my town but have to drive 70 miles north to get this equipment. I've managed to get it through customer service guiding me through the online steps, according to the initial person that told me to pick up this equipment I was supposed to get a $50 rebate due to the extra driving that I have to do which never occurred. Secondly after I already have the equipment for several days and received a call from this Branch being rude and making me explain myself of how I got the equipment if the payment has not been processed. I frankly felt that this individual at this location was very rude, finger pointing, and short with me during our conversation. I informed them that I got help from the telephone staff to complete the transaction that night that I picked up the truck, he was very adamant that I wastaking this vehicle without properly performing the check in and made it seemed as if I was taking his property without paying for it. Overall very dissatisfied with this location and the Personnel I was treated on the phone, and having to drive to this location. I would not recommend due to the hostility, and not getting the amount discount due driving it's also unacceptable. Lastly when I get to my end destination I was almost over charged for fuel as the paperwork at the incorrect amount fuel level, luckily I had taken a picture of the fuel gauge the day I picked it up and the individuals at my drop off location were really helpful about this. U-Haul is the only local moving service available in my area otherwise after this experience I would not recommend someone contact me and get this straightened out
Edwin SThey refused to help me hook up the trailer or even help me check my lights. Lady only came out to take a picture of the hook up afterwards.
Melissa URefused to assist me in hooking up trailer (for the second time) and did not check lights to ensure trailer lights were working, also for the second time.
Melissa UGetting hitched was a bit of a problem in that the hitch came loose upon pulling out. Hade to rescuer with the help of a passerby.
