People were friendly and helpful. But the trailer was parked behind other trailers, one of which we had to move. No one was there to help us hook up the trailer and make sure it was hooked up correctly.

Nice to be able to rent a Car dolly in our small town (5,000) on short notice. Booked it the night before online and picked up at 8:00am. Only $50. Dolly was in good shape. Hooked it up to the truck and we were ready to go in 15 min from arrival to leaving the lot. Haven't used one before, but this was a blessing for an unexpected moment in life.
