When I arrived the price I was quoted was confirmed. When the contract was written up, the price was three times higher. I contacted U-haul, the person agreed that the price should not have changed and that I would receive a follow up within 72 hours. I am still waiting.

Although the rental truck was available at the Opal Drive, they did not have any furniture blankets available and thus we had to go to another location to get blankets.

Since I turned in the trailer a day early I wish they gave me a discount
give a truck that has been inspected and safe to drive. the wiper blades were shot and we drove over 300 miles through heavy rain, not being able to see more than 50 or 60 feet in front of us. And the box leaked and soaked all the stuff we had up in the mom's attic.

Dropped it off during closed business days. It got the job done w/o any issues and that is always a happy moment. ðŸ˜

Nobody there and no place big enough on property to park truck plus trailer without blocking access to storage facility. (Signage warned don't do.) Street looked improper also. So, for truck-trailer or other large returns in Elko, more Return space or marked space directions would be helpful.
Can't remember their names but were very polite, professional, and very helpful. Establishment looked very clean and maintained. Was treated wonderfully and would very much recommend this establishment to others. A true credit to the U-Haul organization.
We were 2 old folks & couldn't lift the trailer on to the truck & needed some help? Because there was only 1 person in the office he couldn't help us! We finally convinced him to help us!! And he told us he wasn't allowed to help that way! Sometimes you just need to help the old people!!
Have employee's trained on technologies with regard to reservations and billing. Both pick up and drop off experienced delays due to "computer" issues. Generally, however, everyone was very helpful, welcoming, and eager to please.
Low rating because the place I arranged to drop it off at no longer takes trailers. The 3 previous times I rented a trailer it was not a problem. Why didn't UHaul alert me to this? As far as where I did finally drop off the trailer, the personnel were very helpful and professional

The truck was dirty but the rental agent picked up the trash inside. Cab had dog hair and was dirty. Was no problem, was a great truck. Best U Haul experience ever. Did order blankets but they didn't have any.

my order was not correct, They only had a 10 foot truck. I reserved a 15 foot truck. I was told when I called to confirm my order They didn't have a 15 foot truck and would receive a 20 foot at the 15 foot rate. I was given a different pick up location where I was told they had one. I got there to discover not only did they not have the truck they didn't have the car dolly I requested either. Long story short this experience was horrible. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with incompetent staff.

The truck had a water in there from the previous people who had it the cup holders were dirty and sticky the windshield window was super dirty. I would recommend you guys clean the truck for the next users. They charged me a fee of $25.00 to clean the truck when the truck I got was dirty. I paid for a dolly they did not give to me they charged me a total of $14.00 when the dolly is $7.00.
Actually have personel that are there and not spread so thin they arent there to check equipment in when it gets returned

I was charged an extremely overpriced amount for just a 5×9 open trailer. I have been a loyal customer and used uhaul many times. I think it's horrible that in the middle of this Pandemic we were taken advantage of. My husband just lost his job and we lost our home. We were on our way to live with my mother. I called customer service to ask about the price and was also treated like I didn't matter and she could not do anything about it. I will take this further and post about my experience on various social media sites.
I use Uhaul becauae of your excellent reputation. But my most recent experiences have been with equipment that is not or poorly maintained. I will have to go to a competitor company in the future. Specifically, the ratchet tie downs are rusty and difficult or impossible to move. Please assist your dealers.
had some difficulty with truck check -in, but amid the COVID pandemic someone reached out to me and corrected the charges
We where told in COlorado that we could return both trailer an d truck and this lady would not let us so we had to go to another place to return trailer and than come back to drop off truck
Utility dolly wasn't in truck as I was contracted to have but we managed without it. Please issue credit of $10.00 since I prepaid. Otherwise all is well ??
