great price on a one way rental... easy rental, reasonable drop off... didn't realize it might be drop box. there turned out to be someone there. little confusing.

THOMAS SYeah, how about not charging me $25 cleaning fee when I left that truck clean. I took pictures. I left a coffee cup. The cardboard thing on the floor was YOURS so I left it. This rental has been a fiasco I don't mind letting all my social media friends know it. You need to refund that $25 cleaning fee.
MICHAEL RThe truck cab was very dirty. The outside of the truck was very dirty. The inside of the cargo area had been swept out.
