We had originally reserved a 10ft truck and car dolly at a different location, but the morning of, uhaul called and changed us to a 15ft truck and car transport at 2 different locations but promised us the original price and when we went to pick up the 15foot the 10foot price was not showing. Kind of a mess! The lady at Elite Storage was patient and kind and got the rate fixed. She explained drop off and was just so awesome, I'd definitely recommend dealing with this location.
