Brandon CLocation had only one staff at the time that I arrived. He was helping a customer with a new storage rental. At the same time, 2 movers and trucks were waiting to get into the storage facility and I arrived for my drop-off. The staff member was doing the best he could and was deeply apologetic for my long wait (probably about 20 minutes) to complete a purely administrative detail.

Glenn EI returned the van shortly after the shop closed, well within the 12 hour rental window. I was unaware that I HAD to use the app to check the van in. I was so tired from moving heavy boxes, I deposited the keys in the return box without noting the mileage. I was charged for more than 12 hours.
Steven SPlease make sure the location has inspected the rental for safety before re-renting. The tires on the cargo van I rented were not only severely low (the van I rented had PSI of 30 as opposed to PSI of 80), the sensor on the other tire was busted. The time it took to get the rental in safe condition really impacted my moving schedule. Luckily and thankfully, customer service rep was wonderful and the repair person was just as great.

Dean CLOVE THIS TEAM. I am very upset with corporate U-Haul for contacting Shandra on-site relaying that I (Ali Farrell, Owner of Decor Colorado) was upset about a missing receipt from my 2/7/23 rental. This morning I got a call from a Ray at 303-286-2650. Inquiring about the rental Quinn Farrell returned yesterday. This was followed by Elite calling apologizing for not getting my receipt to me sooner, that they just talked to U-Haul about a call I made to them. PLOT TWIST - I did not contact anyone at U-Haul about a receipt today (2/8/23) and I’m incredibly frustrated that corporate decided to speak on my behalf. I have a wonderful business-relationship with Elite’s U-Haul site and I don’t appreciate Uhauls comfort level on taking my business into their own hands. I am a small company and having good rapport is EVERYTHING. Shandra and I are cool but I would like for U-Haul to remedy this as a professional courtesy.

stephen vOnly issue was the tire pressure monitor. It came on after a while. I stopped to put air in but the machine was broken. Then the warning went away. Then it came on again later. I stopped again at another broken machine. Then the warning went away again.

Nathaly FI was charged for two gallons of gas, even though I returned it on F and only drove eight miles in total. I do not believe the truck only gets four miles per gallon, so this felt like a scam and ruined what was otherwise a good experience.

Phillip BI did not appreciate the hidden and unexpected charges. My initial estimate was $260 and actual bill came out to $360. I was particularly upset about the unwarranted $25 cleaning charge which was never discussed or openly disclosed and excessive. When I called the branch to discuss they ignored me. I won’t rent from this facility again, they seem friendly but will take every dime they can. This is not my definition of good customer service.
Daniel LRequested a dolly when making the 10’ truck reservation a few weeks ahead of time. Upon arrival to pick up the truck that Sunday morning … no dolly inside; no one around; and the office was closed. We were moving into an apartment on the 4th floor…no dolly. The mobile checkin process was way too tedious. Picture of license front & back were submitted along with signing waivers and everything requested days ahead of pick-up date but had to be done again. Please review the details of the rental agreement and include the requested equipment or let your customers know if equipment is unavailable. That added a lot of time to our truck rental! Not happy.

michael cI'm not sure if there's a way to! I felt supported on a human level, and just happened to be in a u-haul pickup spot/storage rental. Open and honest communication, even mentioned we could keep the uHaul for longer if needed, which we ended up needing b/c we were dog-tired by the end of the day. The kindest folks and an unbelievable amazing moment that aided and grounded me as i helped my brother move that day. THank you thank you again! from - Sarah Paz <3

Cynthia FThere was a man and a woman checking people in. You saw the man first then the woman. The woman was very friendly and helpful. The man was a complete asshole. Short and abrupt, extremely rude. If I didn't absolutely need the truck I would have walked out and contacted Ryder or some other company. Horrible. I will never go there again.
Lewis HThe service at this location was fine. However, this was not the location we chose due to location. Our reservation (at Nick's Auto in Boulder-right down the street from our move-out location) was moved to this location and we had no choice but to use it. It was very difficult to find using GPS from Denver and cost us a lot of extra time and energy on a very busy moving day.
