I returned the van shortly after the shop closed, well within the 12 hour rental window. I was unaware that I HAD to use the app to check the van in. I was so tired from moving heavy boxes, I deposited the keys in the return box without noting the mileage. I was charged for more than 12 hours.
Steven S.Please make sure the location has inspected the rental for safety before re-renting. The tires on the cargo van I rented were not only severely low (the van I rented had PSI of 30 as opposed to PSI of 80), the sensor on the other tire was busted. The time it took to get the rental in safe condition really impacted my moving schedule. Luckily and thankfully, customer service rep was wonderful and the repair person was just as great.
