Thomas was fantastic even though the location was just opening and parking was tight! My drop off location was changed by U haul without my approval which was frustrating, but this location, aside from being further away than my original drop off location, was fantastic.

As I know, the owner of the Elite storage isn’t a part of Uhaul, my issue is with Uhaul. How do you rent trucks to people with an 1/8 of a tank of gas. That’s absolute bullshit and credit me $16 to bring it up to a 1/4 on return. You’re a scam. It cost me over $120 to fill it up. Uhaul never again. I will pass it on to others.
Kristoffer AU-Haul app sucks and is worthless. The aggravation you created by forcing renters to use this app will cost you customers. Starting with me, Uaul will be last resort. If you want to find out how bad it is, you can call me at [redacted] or just listen to the rental phone call recording and the drop off phone call recording. Great movie by U-Haul management. I will watch the quarterly finances, I'm sure It will show a drop in business. Blame it on what you want. App will still sucks! 1.5 hour to rent and return. What a joke. unsatisfied renter with lots of choices.
STEVEN EWe rented a moving truck and had a great experience. The previous customer had left the gas tank on fumes right before our pickup so we were given a gas credit to offset having to add a little to get through our move. Eddie couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our process. He really made the experience easy for us and took care of us. I will absolutely come back to this location for any future U-Haul needs and if I ever need a storage unit. Thank you for being one of the bright spots of our day.
