I was extremely impressed with the gentleman I worked with at this location. He was extremely helpful. As an example, when testing the trailer lights, there was an issue with the breaklights. He made every effort to check the trailor equipment and wiring. I had a test light and found the problem was on my vehicle while he was looking into the trailer equipment. He then helped troubleshoot my vehical. We had the issue resolved very quickly with his help. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Minor comment... Google maps shows your location is on the opposite side of HWY 72. Not too big a deal usually, but in this case, it's a little hard to see from the road.

Philip RFirst I want to make this perfectly clear. My poor rating is not a reflection on the dealer. They did and excellent job with providing the equipment they had on hand. Here is my problem. U-Haul online reservation needs to get its act together. Because the appliance dolly I had reserved was not available anywhere near me, my move was immensely more difficult. We had to move a refrigerator, chest freezer, clothes waster and dryer using only carrying straps. Someone needs to make sure ALL equipment is available at the time the truck is picked up. How hard would it have been for someone to email Elk River Storage and ask if they had the dollies I needed and if they didn't make sure they got them before I picked up the truck? This isn't rocket science people, and this is not the first time I have rented from U-Haul and ended up far from satisfied. The last time I rented from U-Haul, I was unable to get the 26' truck I had reserved. Because of this, instead of 1 trip between houses, I had to make 3. With that move, I also did not get all the dollies I needed. Again, I will repeat that this is not a reflection on Elk River Storage. They had the 26' truck and furniture pads, none of the dollies. Reservations should have been able to figure that out and made sure they had it before I arrived. This Sincerely, Kevin J. Brooks
