The owner Elmer is really friendly and easy going. I’m glad I found his yard to park my RV trailer for the past 5 years.

NICOLE BI recommend the place. The guy was friendly and helpful, but the truck was so dirty that I needed to bring it to a car wash to wash it first before I could load my stuff inside.

RICHARD Bgood location but was charged for an extra day as nobody was there when I returned truck and it did not get checked until the next day, had to call Uhaul customer service to get a refund on wrong charges

Maxwell MThis location is not as listed. Elmers storage does not exist. There is Elmer’s fireworks. There is no drop box for after hours drop off. I was lucky a guy was there who took my key.
Kyle GIt was dark there with poor lighting. There was no orange drop box for the key as indicated in the instructions. I had to call customer service & spend 10 minutes trying to look for a drop box. After not finding it I was told to lock the keys in the back storage with the combo lock the same way I picked it up.

Luis GOwner of location was great and very helpful. The owner of the other location that turned me away ( original location where I was supposed to drop off truck) can get fucked by a brick.

Sean OWhen booking the truck it would be helpful to let the customer know your pickup location is not guaranteed. Sending a email confirmation with small print saying that is not helpful….

CINDY CAfter the pickup location was changed by U-Haul a couple of days before my move, I was concerned. It turned out to be the best change. Although I had to drive farther to pick up the truck, they were helpful, flexible, and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone. They should really be commended.

Nathan LHad drop off time of 1030 but place didn’t open until 1100 and I was told to just leave the keys in the back of the truck and I could go. I felt unease with that so I waited 1hr for the employee to arrive and take the keys from me. Safer that way.
Duane FWhen I showed up was told when I was leaving oh there is no moving blankets or dolly that you ordered a month prior, had to scramble to find these items for myself pushed for time because they were 2 hrs late and another 50 k away from my pick up location they changed
Steve WThe location was fine and the service the Site owner provide was great. The problem I had was that my blankets were not in the truck that I rented. So I had to arrange to get some at a different location which defeated the entire process of where I chose to pick up. It took me two hours to reach dispatch so that I could drive off site. The extra person and hour I required with moving help was not updated despite calling in to avoid a mess up with the online system. I will be disputing my charges.
