The trailer was dirty and had shattered glass on it. The electrical plug was too short to reach the truck and there was no plug. The rental person didn’t seem to care and sent me off without it only telling me I could buy one at Canadian Tire. The plug and the extension cost me $38.00. Very poor service from this outlet. On returning to enterprise drive in Chilliwack the lady was very nice and professional. She apologized for the poor service from the other location and even took a picture of the equipment we had to buy. U-Haul is not the company it used to be due to some of the questionable contractors that now represent them.

DARCY EWe did not drop off the equipment at Elmers in Pitt Meadows. That is an error on their records. We dropped it off at Little Chief’s in Brandon Manitoba. The drop off location was clean and friendly. Little Chiefs was a great experience. Elmers was our pick up location and no U-Haul reps were present for the pickup.
