Drop off location is right on Frontier street next to bank and not in the parking lot of auto sales. Could be difficult for someone to back a trailer in but the staff can take care of that if you drop in the street. Attendant was very polite and helpful.

David WIt was difficult to get in the lot because they had so many vehicles parked there that they were selling or renting. They definitely need more space and coming off the 87 is very busy. They definitely need to work on making more space so it’s easier to drop off. The people were very nice and kind. No issues there. Just need more space.

MICHAEL PElohim was amazing. The staff was so nice and kind. I would recommend this pickup site. Frustrated with Uhaul however. When picking up the uhaul, uhaul moved my pick up location. So I had to find a ride to go pick it up. I had wanted it at the uhaul location within the same office of my storage unit. Then uhaul moved my drop off location further from my house so then after loading for 1.5hr, driving for 1.5 hr and then unloading 1.5 hr, I was EXHAUSTED and had to then find someone to follow me and give me a ride back. All in all, both pick up and drop off were nice, professional staff, it was just frustrating with all of the changes. I appreciated the credit, although the $38 was helpful, I felt with all of the changes from Uhaul that I deserved more.
