Communication and execution.
IAN PI was worried when the location across from Starbucks headquarters stopped being a U-Haul, but this location is even better. They have a locked pen for the vans and trucks so I don't have to worry about holes in the gas tank. (Aside from proximity to fancy coffee, the old place was a wreck!) Also, they folks who work at the new location are fantastic. If there are any other nice things I didn't say about Emerald City Motorsports as a U-Haul affiliate, please assume that I did. :-)
DANIEL MHad my U-Haul rental early Saturday morning at 9am. Customer service was spectacular. Unfortunately I don’t remember the guy’s name, but he was amazing and very helpful. Made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated it!
