Here's the thing. Last time I went to U-Haul I paid at best $160 and there was no confusion on the bill etc. this time it was a lot! I don't think it was the location per se! They were very nice I think it was the pricing was different as well as I was told one thing on the phone and told another later. I think if you guys are gonna have centers where ppl can rent from everything needs to be clear.
Michone MThis guy just goes above and beyond caring for his customers, weather I'm renting a uhaul or passing by with my dogs he's always busy yet friendly enough to stop and make sure I'm doing okay without judgement which is especially appreciated when you are someone in my shoes, humanity is the last thing I expect from anyone at first glance, I pray more people become half as welcoming
