Staff was very friendly. But they don’t have packing supplies on site, the area is a bit sketchy (I wouldn’t wanna be there after dark by myself), and the van check tire pressure light stayed on even though the staff verified the tire pressure was OK.

Nicholas WBryan was an incredibly helpful, generous, and wonderful guy to rent the truck from. He is hilariously playful, and went above and beyond any support I could expect after dealing with a challenging moving situation. He really helped me come up with the best plan for next steps, and gave me a major boost of support carrying it out. Super generous and thoughtful guy. But don't abuse it, we need more guys like him around!! Seriously could not have asked for better assistance!
