MCKENZIE CMore staffing in the afternoon, the woman at the front seat was super helpful and super dry. But she was being pulled in 100 different directions helping multiple customers at once. She handled it with grace and stayed cool, calm and collected but I hated adding to her (already filled) plate. Despite this, service was great!

CURTIS RI WAS GIVEN AN OLDER VAN WITH LOW TIRE PRESSURE, I INFORMED THE LADY IN THE OFFICE SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER VAN WHICH WAS A NEWER MODEL BUT VERY DIRTY IN SIDE THE CUP HOLDER, I HAD TO CLEANED MYSELF AND INFORMED THE INCHARGED LADY AND SHOWED HER HOW DIRTY IT WAS. AND LASTLY WE FORGOT THE MOVING EQUIPMENTS IN THE FIRST VAN WHICH WAS GIVEN EARLIER AND HAD A VERY HARD TIME MOVING OUR STUFF.

Alma GIt was a horrible drive. The air come through the vents 3 times in a 2 hour drive.My feet were cold and my face sweating. Then on the way back a terrible exhaust smell came through the vent that rolling down a window didn't help. That ride was a 0/10. The truck was clean however.
Carla DThe equipment was ok as was the service. My one complaint would be the excessive mess in price for one way rental verse round trip. I realize there is possibility of having to transport if the units end up in the wrong places, but 3 or 4 times is strictly too much.
