It wasn't the fault of the location, but there was damage to the equipment. It ended up not preventing it from being used, but because the brake light housing was bent and a little loose, I was a bit concerned that it could cause a problem while I was using it. The person I interacted with was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely consider using this location again even if closer options are available due to her making the pickup process easy and the drop-off instructions clear.
