The van that I picked up at a broken side mirror that was duck taped up that kept needing to be readjusted while driving, the inside smelled horrible like bad cleaning solution and there was multiple scratches dents and damage are on the outside. When I got there I had to go into a back alley to pick up the U-Haul overall would never rent from here again ever. There's also very little gas in the van no windshield wiper fluid, and the gauges for the battery power and the oil were very low and the driver side cigarette plug didn't work.Dylan M.
The Cargo van reeked of a horrible smell. It was extremely difficult to use and drive. I have been charged for 48 hours instead of my booking and an additional CDW, which I didn't signup for.Nihal C.
First of all the truck was not there until about 8:15-20, so i already waited 20 for it to show up. Only to have the guy try and tell me that i ordered something completely different than what i had. He then said he was going to figure it out and stepped out back. After another 15 minutes, I went outside to find him vaping sitting in one if the vans, with the other two 10' trucks running just wasting gas. He then proceed to avoid all of my questions, turned off the trucks when i confronted him. I didnt get my truck until 8:41 for a 8:00am reservation.Parker S.
Talk to the customer, don't just stare at your phone all the time. Explain the process. Act interested, even you're obviously not. When the vehicle is returned, let the customer know what the final cost will be, don't just say "you're done". Stop staring at your phone all the time.Robert B.

It was the worse service I ever had. I had a reservation and when I went to pick a truck up it was not there. I had to go to another site for a truck. I will never rent from U-Haul again.Donna S.
Awful!!!! The van was dirty with damaged in which I documented. The staff was so unprofessional. NEVER again at that location. I wanna know how does $19.99 cost me almost $70 ???? That website keep crashing when I wanted to upload proof.Tammy N.

I only went there because it had availability on short notice. Not very convenient for me, and the staff are quite disinterested. Not rude at all, just not interested. I waited 15 minutes (no other customers were there) just to be checked in to get my vehicle. The check-in process itself was fine, but definitely not the same level of professionalism as I receive on the phone with a u-haul representative or at a u-haul owned location. Again, nothing to complain about except the unnecessary waiting to check-in, but worth noting that this experience is quite different from the experience with staff employed directyl by u-haulJoseph M.

The truck was located in a sketchy backyard near smelly landfilled with piles of old tires and the truck park very close between another car and fence which made difficult for me to drive out of the location - I would not recommend this location to anyone- I'll never again use Uhaul -Koudell S.
A copy of the contract should be given to the customer before leaving the Rental Pick up location. I had to wait for an e-mail and I feel this can be done better.Filiberto S.

Mileage wouldn't display on speedometer and attendant didn't even inspect gas level (before or after trip) or even inspect vehicle condition when I returned it. Had there have been unexpected charges I would have had to return to dispute them, likely to be referred to corporate. Too much at risk to deal with a location that operates in this fashion.Lance M.
There were issues with the van I rented the warning lights were on. I believe if the van was instected prior to my rental the issues would've been resolved. As a renter I don't have time to waste repairing a van I have for a limited time. The "staff" didn't seem to interested during my transaction. It appeared I was more of a bother than a paying customer. If there was another rental office in the immediate area I would've gone to it for my transaction.James M.
I had left a new moving blanket in the front seat of a van I rented the week before. When I rented from them again I asked about it and they had set it aside for me. Thats good service. -JasonShaul K.

It was sketchy. It took me 45 mins to rent the truck. I wanted to self check in and the guy told me that that's not how he ran his location. He tried to upsell me and asked if I wanted to travel to another Wilmington in another state â€” going as far to indicate in some records (I received a call from Uhaul) that I was traveling to Wilmington, CT.David G.
There were some differences in what the UHaul app instructed compared to what the location actually had to do. Having more location-accurate instructions would have been prefered,Donald C.

The manager was very helpful when I arranged the rental, he actually took time to help me set it up. I was disappointed the day I picked up the rental because I had limited time and had to wait for someone to come and help me.Barbara F.

The wait was extremely long even though no one was in line, the person helping me was unable to use the phone to make the process smooth, I was charged much more than initially stated. He didn't not note my mileage and then assumed distance travelled.Melissa M.
