Didn’t have a dolly available and I got charged for it

Rafael TThe clerk was very helpful in helping me go through the rental process since I arrived with a dead phone and no way to do it myself. He used his phone and even charged my phone for a few minutes so I could get a 2nd phone number from my phone. The one thing I did not like at all was all the extra charges U Haul hides from the customer until they arrive to pick up the rental. Taxes and a $15 insurance charge that was hidden from me until I dropped off the truck. Not Emporium's issue, but U-Haul knows for sure that the customer is going to come in thinking they can rent that truck for $30, only to find out later- when they have no other options- to pay over double that amount. Shame on you, U-Haul!
