Provide equipment as promised and in the location promised. Ordered 4 x 8 for pickup in Vernon and got a 5 x 8 for pickup in Enderby. WTF

The gal that rented me the trailer was great, she went over the trailer when i p/u the unit and when i brought it back, she even brought me the final invoice outside to me in the rain & snow.
