The person I dealt with at pick up was very disinterested in what he was doing. He wasn't friendly, barely spoke to me at all, then proceeded to tell me it isn't his job to hitch the trailer to the car (I've been renting trailers with Uhaul for years and it's always been done for me). The trailers and vans are also parked just in the corner of the lot in all the overgrowth. I would use them again if I had to, but it's a bit of a hostage situation because I've got to go where the trailer is.

Booked to drop off my U-Haul in Enderby instead of Salmon Arm as it said it would save money. When I got to the location, I asked the person where I should drop it off and was informed I couldn’t because I didn’t have a reservation. Thankfully, I was then able to phone U-Haul and have a reservation added for the location as my reservation only indicated Enderby. When I then went inside to confirm and ask where to leave the keys he said to leave them inside the truck. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the keys in the truck so I phoned U-Haul again to confirm drop-off and was told the person inside should take them. After letting the person inside know I was told to bring them to them, they then took the keys. Overall, the help and instruction from this drop off location was less than ideal.

Angela CEverything on the uhaul end was good and we have no complaints but the locations staff are are extremely rude. We rented a car trailer and we unable to return on time so we rented after hours. We had a question about our bill after and phoned the location and as soon as we said we just rented a triler last night, before we could even ask anything the staff got all defensive as was blaming us for parking in the wrong spot( was parked in the EXACT spot we picked up) and saying he's pissed at us and going off just yelling at us though the phone barely speaking English and then hung up. Would not recommend this location nor ever go back.
