They messed up my paperwork as I was doing a one way rental to Calgary and the put in one day only retuning to Salmon Arm. When I returned trailer in Calgary I was charged $165+ for returning to wrong location. I called to complain and was told that is just the way it is. They suggested I talk to the shop I rented from. I stopped in there yesterday and was told to call 1-800-528-xxxx. This is for roadside assistance. Just another run around Bait and Switch operation going on here!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would like to report a problem with the pickup location. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the fuel level was not checked or recorded accurately at the time of pickup. The vehicle did not have the amount of gasoline that was indicated on the paperwork.

Clinton BTruck was very dirty upon picking it up. Inside and out. Fuel tank was low upon picking it up. Service was underwhelming.
