The Truck is unsafe and pulls to the right BADLY! It also revs up real high as it’s coming out of 1st gear. The fact that I got charged an extra $96 on top of my bill plus $35 in gas for a truck that was so unsafe that I took a video of how bad it pulls to the right and how loud it is. I believe that I deserve a refund of some sort after having to drive that truck that desperately needs a front end alignment and new muffler. My number is 727-666-3373 John Rust
JOHN RWhen I arrived there was no address on building, I went inside to verify address and clerk did not know address! Also your app to pick up kept giving me an error and it took over 45 minutes to get going and could not submit check-in or condition. I had to call in and manually get check in.. Truck had rocks and sand in cup holders and sand on floor. also fuel was less than shown on contract and I brought it back with more than picked up but Uhaul charged me for fuel!!!

GERALD PThe app did not allow me to upload a photo of the mileage and fuel. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who noted the difficulty on the return of the truck. I noted the following day that the reservation was still active and that it appeared the truck still had not been returned, per online account. I called customer service again and it was a very unpleasant experience. The customer service representative did not give me her name, she responded to all my questions with curt answers, and I had to ask her if the call was done. It was one of the most unhelpful conversations I've ever had with a customer service person. I got the impression that she did not want to talk to me and my concerns were not important. I remained concerned about the reservation until I received the receipt. The experience tarnished my opinion of U-Haul and I'm not sure I'll use the service again. I just don't want to be treated that way for merely ensuring the reservation was complete. It was the U-Haul app that was not working properly and I followed all instructions.
MICHAEL STruck was clean and ready to go! Easy check in and the truck ran very well. Drove it 1500 miles no issues!

Ed PNo one was there during service hours to help with return. The location is also a convenience store and the woman at the counter was surly and disinterested in helping. I got the impression it was not her job. The phone number listed by U-Haul is the convenience store and does not get you through to anyone who cares to help.

Larry BI drove to Florida for a vacation. I ended up needing a small cargo trailer to haul some items back up north. The cargo trailer I rented had new rims & tire's on it. Very clean, had zero issues towing it over 1,200 miles. 5 star service, 5 star trailer!!!
David SThe agent insisted I was to return the truck to Naples when I specifically requested to drop in Englewood & that was on the original reservation. There were multiple errors made on Bothe ends and it was a frustrating, horrible experience.... except that I did get the truck at the other location which was 30 miles out of my way which put me 2 miles over the allowance & I was charged for that & something else that I just didn't have the energy to argue with. It was terrible
Kathleen SFirst of all, the reservation that I made by calling Uhaul somehow didn’t go through. Didn’t have the equipment I reserved. The truck was dirty in the cab and in the cargo area with broken glass that I had to clean out. Then the website didn’t work for me to even upload my own photos to show all of this when trying to pick up and drop off the truck. I’ve never had such a poor experience with Uhaul. The guy who was running the place seemed nice, but since he didn’t receive my reservation, there was only so much he could do.

Kevin HThe individual responsible for processing my rental was not present when I arrived. I requested to pick up at 9 AM but was told by the store clerk to come back at 9:30. I arrived at the store at 8:50 but had to wait 40 minutes to get the keys. Otherwise the rental was fine
Robert MDropping off the vehicle at a convenience store was a little odd. But my vehicle was market as retuned with a half tank but I verified myself it was at 9/16. I was charged for the 5 gallons….

Denny DI reserved the small truck ove a week in advance. When I go pick it up I'm early. The lady in the store says the manager is not in yet. I go sit back in my truck. Go back in and he gave the smal trucks to other people. I had to get a bigger truck and pay more money. He wouldn't honor giving me the price that I had reserved. I was stuck so had no choice. I won't do it again.
