Truck was powerful and stable. It took us 1,100 miles from FL to AR as part of a three car/2 truck & trailer caravan with 3 adult's, a one- year- old, three Yorkies, a cat and a fish. Oy!. The process of renting had to be done on the fly due to the need of a bigger truck at the last minute. U-Haul made the process easy. Thank you.

Deborah WIt seemed that the transmission was seriously struggling to shift into gear while driving. It was loud and concerning. I had originally reserved for 2 days but returned early due to the way the truck was driving.

CHAD CThis location is a flea market, no air conditioning. Right back tire on the trailer was low, I had to put air in it. The return facility told me the safety chains that hook the trailer to my hitch was installed incorrectly

Mary JThe 4x8 covered trailer I rented had a strong foul animal smell inside. It had been returned the day before I picked it up so the turnaround time was quite short and I wouldn’t expect the pickup location would have checked for this unusual condition. Regardless, it was quite unpleasant to transport my furniture.
CHRISTOPHER SA little annoyed, a damage charge of 50.00 showed on my final receipt, and I did not damage anything! I actually accepted a truck that was down for repair, because the first truck they gave me didn't have a ramp, and the flea market had to supply a personal dolly, because there was not one.
