Kirk GLousy experience AGAIN. I had called the original location Saturday to confirm late night delivery. Yup, all good they said. Get there, no reservation. Now the 800 number, gets me to another location. This happened before and y’all did nothing. This time was a major inconvenience, further away, more miles, wasted time. And I was charged for the dolly I didn’t get. If you do nothing again, just try me, I will dispute the charges.
ANDREW ZDid not realize that my pickup was a mobile pickup so I had to contact U-Haul to process the order before I could pickup the truck- I don’t believe that was clear when I made the reservation.
