I rented this particular truck for it stated on the truck description it had the ability for towing, i needed to also move a camper trailer along with my personal belongings. The camper wasnt a large sized heavy one it was only a 20 foot camper of which to save time and added milage making more than one trip i loaded my lighter boxes and clothing and other smaller items into that calper trailer. Then after i loaded the back if the uhaul i attempted to hook up to my camper of which the it was not possible for me to tow it usinv that uhaul. The trailer hitch ball was welded onto a steel plate that was then welded to the rear bumper of tbe uhaul. Whoever done this welded the ball too close to the bumper therefore making it impossible fir the uhaul to be able to attach to any kind of towable trailer. There is a small lip at the base of the tonuge of a trailer that can not fit in between the ball and rear bumper to allow the trailer tongue to be seated onto the towing ball. So therefore i had to pay for 3 extra days to not only unlkad alk my belingings kut of tje camper trailer i to the back of the uhaul i had to make 3 extra trips then i needed to use the uhaul to try tonfind a way ti haul my camler to my new home which ultimately ended up cisting me more money to hire a person with a pickup to mo e it for me. That person cgarged me 80 dollars to move my camper just outside of town about 7 miles. When if i had the proper equipment in the first place that sgould have been provided by my rental from uhaul this truck i rented i woulfnt have lost so much money for this move that was already on a very tight budget. I will not ever rent from uhaul again. I tried multiple times to speak to an afent about thisnmatyer of which every time i called had a qait time ofo er an hour on hold then about 45 mins of waiting on hold my call was abruptly disconnected forcing me to call and be placed on hd yet again. I tried to call back feature then when i got the call back was again placed on a very ling hold to again my call woulf be disconnected very disappointing and frustratinb experience and ill not repeat this again in mg life time

This location was great the one on Mccoughs in coal / Clinton area was terrible n her name was Lisa that I talked to . Like she didn’t care to help or anything cuz she took off that day .

The equipment did have some dirt and such on the interior but otherwise it was fine. The owner Josh was great! Kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Noone to check you in. You have to call a number and leave a message. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DROPPED TRAILER!! I dropped mine a day early and then got a bank statement 4 days later for a charge saying I kept the trailer an extra day. Had to go through a process defending myself. Thank god I took pictures with date and time stamp. Do trust Dockery Corp.

Josh was awesome both times I picked up from him. The rest of U-Haul needs to get their shit together. Reservation and the app sucks harder than a DemoKKKrat Intern. The 1800 guy wasn't helpful at all and passed me off to scheduling after I repeatedly explained my situation 3 damn times!
