Joshua who checked me in was very kind and helpful. He was considerate and asked me many questions on what equipment I needed or might need. He gave me all the information I needed to check the rental, such as mileage, amount of gas in tank, etc, He helped me take pictures of the unit to make sure I would be able to prove no damage. Very good experience and would go back in a minute!!
