J'avais réservé le camion dans un lieu proche de chez moi et facilitant à Montréal. Malheureusement, la veille on me dit qu'il faut que j'aille à Laval pour chercher le camion. J'ai perdu 1h de trajet aller-retour sur mon temps de déménagement ainsi que sur place, je me rends compte que les couvertures que j'ai payé ne sont pas présentes dans le camion pour protéger mes meubles. De plus, le service se fait qu'en anglais, il n'y avait pas de personnes parlant français.

La personne qui était là ne parlait pas du tout français. La réception (si s'en est une) est très sale, on a l'air de rentrer dans un entrepot poussiéreux. Par contre, la location s'est très bien faite, sans problème.

I don’t know why they sent me over there. They didn’t have all the equipments I reserved. I had to go to another U-Haul. 2 contracts 2 U-Haul places. Lots of time waited and money.

Be on time, a "good morning" is always a good start, Clerck do not speak French, not a really kind person , no customer service at all

You didn't provide the doli with the truck and None of uhaul was providing me one even i réservés one before long time. This delay me for moving my stuff and get délayer for more Day but you charge me the cost for this additianal Day even it is uhaul mistake

Dropped off after hours and could not get the app to work. I tried to call the drop off location the next day (Tuesday) no less than four times, with no answer, to make sure the vehicle was received well. After also calling customer service, I received a zero balance receipt the following day. Never had any verbal contact with the drop off location. The location was limited on space, dark/unlit, and felt unsafe at night.
